Annual General Meeting

The Annual general Meeting will be held on Saturday 4th March at Caerwent Village Hall commencing at 1pm.

The Treasuer has served her term of office and is offering herself for re-election. Any other nominations to be with the Secretary by 31st January.

Four Committee member positions are up for re-election. Alan Hurst, Dave Hall and Simon Legg are offering themselves for re-election in accordance with Rule 3.12. Nominations should be with the Secretary by 31st January.

Our next Open Show will be held at Pen yr Hoel Community Centre, Caerphilly

on Sunday 30th April 2006
