The objectives of the West Highland White Terrier Club of Wales are :-

1. To promote the breeding and exhibiting of pure West Highland White Terriers

2. To do all in its power to protect and advance the interest of the breed by offering support and prizes to certain shows and taking other steps that may be deemed advisable including the running of shows

3. To encourage novices and newcomers to the breed to uphold the tenets of the club and be bound by its code of ethics

Note : Club membership runs from 1st January to 31st December each year. The first year's membership starts when the application is accepted by the Committee. Annual subscriptions MUST be paid by 31st January each year or the membership is deemed to have lapsed.
